  • Q: Ive been working out for over a year now, and ive lost a total of 75lbs, I bought "Super Colon Cleanse" to clean out my body of toxins. what im wondering though is this. I drink ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT WATER. no orange juice, just milk with cereal. i do take a good multivitamin as well. i know water helps get rid of toxins, what im wondering is, whats the super cleanse actually going to do for me?? also, will i lose weight this way?? i dont care to lose weight by this method so this is only a concerned question about losing weight while taking the cleanser
    A: i'm sure you know that when you burn fat, it creates toxins in your blood that water washes out. its the same kinda thing. the colon cleanse thing is nothing but a dieruetic and a laxitive. if youi're not careful, it can dehydrate you, and if you use it and have ever had any kinds of digestive problems before, it might flare them up again. you'll probably get diahrea for a few days, but you should be back to normal in a few days. DO NOT ever take them for more than a few days, three max.
